Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Identification and vetting of partner organization.
- Coordinating with partner organization for effective implementation of the programme.
- Routine field visits and ensure close monitoring of the programme.
- Partner Nurturing and Program operations.
- Preparing budgets and ensure compliance of financial procedure.
Desired profile of the candidate:
- MSW qualification with at least 1-5 years of relevant experience preferably in Development. Sector (Health and Education sector preferable).
- Should have good communication skills both written and verbal English.
- Should have basic IT Skills.
- Should be willing to travel.
- Good negotiation skills.
